WWE: Roman Reigns was afraid of fighting 30 in Wrestlemania
Roman Reigns announced that he was afraid of the Shield and Kane match with the New Age Outlaws that took place at WrestleMania 30 in 2014. Despite the Shield’s prominent position in Raw and SmackDown, the three superstars were sent into a match relatively unimportant on WWE’s most prestigious stage against an improvised trio. Speaking to Muscle & Fitness, Reigns remembered that he was very nervous waiting to get into the crowd:
“I have no idea why I was so nervous. I literally had to send a retreat. It was enough to get in there, make three different versions of the outstretched arm and then use my two trains, but I was very nervous in the lobby we were waiting in. We literally had a longer entry than the meeting and I was scared. I do not know why. “
In contrast to this experience, the four-time world champion added that he relaxed before his match against Brock Lesnar in the WrestleMania 31-Main event.
