WWE: Ric Flair silences the rumors and signs a new contract with WWE
If there is a man, a wrestler, a character who can embody the essence of discipline, and WWE, this man, this wrestler, that character is definitely Ric Flair.
The 16-time world champion literally spent a life in the WWE, became a legend, an icon of wrestling and has no intention of leaving the WWE.
In fact, he posted a post on Twitter showing a bronze statue of him and some photos of his career in the background, and next to him the photo of the new contract he signed with WWE along with his catchphrase “Limousine driving, jet flying, styling and profiling … Before, Now and forever with WWE! WOOOO“.
His previous contract expired in December 2019 and there was no doubt about his extension, but given the recent layoffs of superstar and executives, a little fear of his possible release was justified.
We don’t expect to see Ric Flair on TV anytime soon given the risks posed by the Covid 19 pandemic, but we’ll definitely see him at WWE Backstage or The Bump to tell the public with the stories and stories Pro Wrestling to maintain his illustrious career in the EU.
